How Engagement Works

Coaching sessions are 45 minutes and typically take place weekly or bi-weekly. Many clients begin with weekly sessions, allowing us to build momentum and establish a strong foundation for the work. As new perspectives and practices begin to take root, the cadence often shifts to bi-weekly, creating space for reflection and integration between conversations.

For some, coaching later transitions to monthly sessions for continued support and perspective. Others complete the engagement once the shift they came for feels firmly in place.

The rhythm of our work is thoughtfully shaped together, guided by your goals and the pace at which meaningful change unfolds.

Coaching is an investment in the quality of how you live, lead, and relate to the people and commitments that matter most to you. Because meaningful shifts in awareness and practice unfold over time, many clients choose to work together for a defined period rather than scheduling individual sessions.

Many begin with a three-month engagement, which provides the space to explore the questions that matter most and to begin practicing new ways of seeing and acting.

Three-Month Engagement

  • 6 sessions (bi-weekly) · 45-minute sessions · $2,400
  • 12 sessions (weekly) · 45-minute sessions · $4,200

Six-Month Engagement

12 sessions (typically bi-weekly) · 45-minute sessions · $4,500

Ongoing Coaching

Some clients choose to continue the work on a more open, month-to-month basis. $375 per session.
