I work with high-performing professionals who are capable, experienced — and temporarily under pressure that makes them forget both of those things.
I am not a hype coach. I won't pump you up and send you out inflated. I am not a guru with a proprietary system. I am not a rescuer.
I am a coach for capable people who temporarily forget their own capability under pressure. And remind them — with evidence.
That's the work. Steady, intelligent, grounded. No float. No savior energy.
When someone spirals in our work together, I don't philosophize, over-intellectualize, or reach for motivation.
I ask: have you been here before? What moved you forward last time?
That single question restores agency. It restores memory. It says: you are not new to resilience. That's activation through evidence — and it works every time.
For more than two decades, I've worked where Experience, Business, and Technology converge - inside global corporations, as an entrepreneur, in agency leadership, and at the executive level inside one of the world's most demanding consulting firms.
My work is shaped by more than two decades operating in high-performance, high-accountability environments across global corporations, entrepreneurship, and consulting.
I hold a BA in Communication from the University of Arizona and a Master's in Integrated Marketing Communication from the University of Westminster. Early in my career, I lived in Japan through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme, an experience that sharpened my global perspective and deepened my understanding of cultural nuance and systemic dynamics.
I began my New York career at Itochu International Inc. Working within a multinational operating structure, I later acquired and scaled a niche advertising business that had been deemed unviable. For nearly two decades, I ran that company while holding senior roles elsewhere — managing enterprise clients, international supply chains, and the financial realities of ownership.
I then spent five years in digital agency leadership, partnering with global luxury brands including Chanel and Rolex, navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems where brand, technology, and performance intersect.
Most recently, I spent seven years at Boston Consulting Group in product leadership, operating within a culture defined by rigorous casework, executive scrutiny, and sustained delivery under pressure. During this period, I rose through leadership while also becoming a mother of two - balancing ambition, responsibility, and visibility in one of the most demanding professional environments in the world.
In 2024, I co-founded an Al consultancy advising mid-market organizations on responsible generative Al adoption. That work continues to keep me close to founders and executives navigating technological disruption and strategic inflection points.
Along the way, I have navigated significant personal health challenges that required resilience, recalibration, and sustained leadership under uncertainty. I share this because resilience is not an abstract value — it is a practiced capacity. Those experiences strengthened mine.
I trained as an ontological coach with the Newfield Network and graduated in May, 2024. I hold the ICF ACC credential and am currently pursuing my PCC.
I work with founders, executives in transition, and those in leadership who are:
My coaching is disciplined, direct, and grounded in lived executive experience.
I understand performance culture. I understand transition. And I understand what it takes to lead when the ground is shifting.
I work with a small number of people at a time. The discovery call is a real conversation about whether this is the right context for the work you're in.
